Returns & Exchanges Info
RETURN OF SALE & FINAL SALE PRODUCTS (EOFY Sale, Warehouse Sale, Clearance Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday Sale, Any products that are discounted or marked on sale or final sale):
During our sale period, all discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, unless faulty, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale
- Warehouse Sales
- Clearance Sales
- Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sales
- Any discounted items or items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Return Criteria
1. Item must be returned in unused condition along with the original packaging. Returns without original packaging including garment bags and tags will be deducted a 10% restock fee.
2. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
3. All returns will be issued store credit only, we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. We currently do not facilitate exchanges.
4. Return shipping must be delivered in a secure and protected packaging using a tracked method. miko will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit.
5. Sample items and items that have been personalised with embroidery cannot be returned.
6. Due to hygiene reasons, Scrub caps cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law so please select carefully.
The cost of shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Items received outside this time frame will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We do our best to accept all return items however if the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Receiving a faulty item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment. For international orders, must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.
Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
