Refund policy
Return Criteria
1. Item must be returned in unused condition along with the original packaging. Returns without original packaging including garment bags and tags will be deducted a 10% restock fee.
2. All discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, unless faulty, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
3. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
4. All returns will be issued store credit only, we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. We currently do not facilitate exchanges.
5. Return shipping must be delivered in a secure and protected packaging using a tracked method. miko will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit.
6. Sample items and items that have been personalised with embroidery cannot be returned.
7. Due to hygiene reasons, Scrub caps cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law so please select carefully.

Free Returns
For extra peace of mind, we provide Free Returns as an optional add-on through Checkout+.
When chosen, your return shipping is covered, there are no extra fees when sending your item back.
- Available for orders shipped within Australia and the United States
- This option is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased
- Free Returns must be added at checkout and cannot be applied after the order is placed
- If not selected, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Certain items are excluded: sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, even with coverage.
Store Credit
Store credits will be processed as a gift card and sent to the same email used to place the order. Gift cards are processed in AUD and orders placed in any other currency will be converted accordingly to AUD.
Parcels returned to sender
All parcels that are returned to sender by the postal carrier are automatically issued a store credit less the cost of postage (calculated on return).
Receiving a faulty item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment. For international orders, must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.
Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
