Scrub Tops: Measure your Chest/Bust and Waist

Scrub Pants: Meausre your Waist, Hips and Inseam

For all pants, sizing is given in "W" waist measurements and "L" inseam measurements. 

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back

Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist, make sure the tape is flat across the back.

Hip: Measure the fullest part of your hips around your bum and make sure the tape is flat across the back

Inseam: With your feet together, measure from your crotch to your ankle.

Returns & Exchanges Info

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS  (EOFY Sale, Warehouse Sale, Clearance Sale, Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale, Any items on sale- discounted items):

During our sale period, all sales are final and cannot be returned subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Criteria

1. Item must be returned in unused condition along with the original packaging

2. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

3. All returns will be issued store credit only, we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. We currently do not facilitate exchanges. 

4. Return shipping must be delivered in a secure and protected packaging using a tracked method. miko will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit. 

5. Sample items and items that have been personalised with embroidery cannot be returned.

6. Due to hygiene reasons, Scrub caps cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law so please select carefully.

The cost of shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Items received outside this time frame will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We do our best to accept all return items however if the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Receiving a faulty item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment. For international orders, must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.

Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Very comfy and good material!

This is my first time ordering from Miko. I saw their ad on my Instagram app. Surprisingly, I love it! It's very comfortable, and the material feels nice and light on my skin. I can imagine it will be great to wear in the summer.
I purchased the red wine-colored pants, which is a beautiful color. I am 150cm tall, so I bought the petite size S for the pants. They are great, although still a little bit long, but it's not a big problem as I can wear higher sneakers and it will be fine. I also bought a size S for the top. It sits right on my shoulder, the cutting is excellent, have no complaints at all. Everything is perfect. I will order it again soon since they don't have my size in stock. Highly recommended!
